Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The hotel rooms are designed to be very elderly-friendly, meaning they are quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent. Local elderly residents dine in the same area and enjoy the same food as the guests, which creates a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Everything is just wonderful!

Loveroom ligger i i hjertet af Interlaken. Her er et spabad og bjergudsigt. Lejligheden ligger i et område hvor gæsterne kan deltage i aktiviteter såsom at tage på vandretur og stå på ski. The room was well designed and impeccable. The bed was well equipped, (ahem) and comfortable. Extremely clean room and bathroom. A stocked fridge. Plenty of espresso. A kitchen, lots of towels...this place has everything you need minus a washer and dryer. Location is okay...not the best, but close to Interlaken West. Nice cafe right outside the place. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to go up two flights of stairs..but the climb is worth it. The value on this place is incredible.

Set in the Central Interlaken of Interlaken, within less than 1 km of Interlaken East railway station. and 5 km of Harder Kulm, Hapimag Ferienwohnungen Interlaken provides accommodation with free... it is in front of the bus station 10-minutes walk between Ost and West station in front of the paragliding landing area the kitchen is good , facilities also nice they have everything in the apartment it is a big apartment with two rooms and a shower room and a toilet room breakfast also good
