Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Spa facilities include a hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and infrared cabin by Physiotherm. They can be used free of charge. We stayed here for five nights, and our stay at Hotel Artos was wonderful. The hotel itself is lovely, quiet, and very modern. It looks nothing like a hospital, as some negative reviews claimed, and it feels like a place to relax and enjoy. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was varied and healthy. The location is excellent, just a short walk to both Interlaken Ost and the town center (which isn’t particularly nice, so we appreciated staying in a quiet area away from it). Next time we visit Switzerland, we will definitely return.

All the en-suite rooms feature mountain views. Guests can relax in the lounge and the bar area or in the garden jacuzzi. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. The Loveroom was absolutely pristine. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need or want (including chocolates and a bottle of champagne upon check in - perfect for the hot tub later!), and the owners were very friendly and responsive. The owners followed up throughout our stay and offered lovely dinner recommendations, etc. The location is very safe, secure, and close to Interlaken West station. I would give it extra stars if I could! We loved the entire experience. We were very grateful for the A/C, as it was quite warm in Interlaken the week we were there.
