They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. The hotel was magical and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly. It's also really close to the train station and several shops so the location was perfect.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. The staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. It was was great being all inclusive for meals and spa amenities!

The spa was wonderful at the end of a day of travelling and paragliding. The staff were very helpful. We could check in slightly early and we could leave our luggage in lockers. There is a little room where you can help yourself to tea and coffee during the stay (none provided in the room). The room itself was large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The building has a charming traditional exterior with a nostalgic touch, while still being modern and well-maintained inside. The staff cleans the rooms daily, ensuring everything stays spotless. Breakfast was quite good, especially the cottage cheeses, which gave me a real taste of natural Swiss food. The train station is just 100 meters away, and from there it’s only three stops to Interlaken Ost, with easy access to other destinations—including Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch, the Top of Europe. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop for Line 105, which takes you directly to Interlaken West. Upon arrival, the hotel provides a tourist card that offers free public transportation within Interlaken, making it even more convenient to explore the area. They also lend umbrellas for unexpected weather with a small deposit, which is refunded when returned. Everything was excellent. it was a truly unforgettable experience for me.
