A stunning and very special hotel. We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

Comfy bed. highly recommended if you plan for interlaken, lauternbrunen, grindelwald the tain station is just 150m from hotel and not busy as interlaken. I love here more. you can travel to interlaken only 15 mins with bus which easy

The room was well designed and impeccable. The bed was well equipped, (ahem) and comfortable. Extremely clean room and bathroom. A stocked fridge. Plenty of espresso. A kitchen, lots of towels...this place has everything you need minus a washer and dryer. Location is okay...not the best, but close to Interlaken West. Nice cafe right outside the place. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to go up two flights of stairs..but the climb is worth it. The value on this place is incredible.

Very accessible to the Interlaken Ost station and city center, helpful and friendlystaff and the views from our room was incredible!!!!! Will definitely come back again!
