Hilal at the reception was very friendly and super helpful! She always greets you with a smile that can brighten up your day. We booked a comfortable room with a lake view and the room was clean, spacious and the lake view was amazing.

Your apartment is a nice 1 room (living and bedroom together) but spacious, good kitchen with all services, bathroom with shower; Apartment clean and all working (only exception kitchen smoke extractor) but owner repaired. Quite area as you are in a house not apartment building with parking.

The view from the balcony was awesome. The access to public transport was very handy. The connecting rooms was an advantage when you have kids. The SPA, GYM and Jacuzzi was awesome. It is nice and quite.

Room was really cozy and bed was huge. We really loved the spa area, which was really quiet and relaxing!

Good breakfast buffet in relaxed and spacious setting. All the staff were friendly. The bedrooms were quite and spacious. Walking paths around lake just outside hotel.

Beautifully designed rooms overlooking Lake Zurich. The outdoor jacuzzi was a wonderful way of starting and ending the day. The staff were highly professional and helpful. Very nice breakfast area and a high-quality restaurant.
