The location was really great with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. Owner was super helpful and communicative, the place was stylish, high quality and very clean. We loved the hot tub, but if you are heating it from cold it will take about 3 hours… however once it’s hot it will be warm enough the next evening to use it without heating up again.

Built in a typical Swiss chalet style, Hotel Restaurant Bänklialp is just 500 meters from the centre of Engelberg. It offers rooms with a balcony, free Wi-Fi in public areas. The view from the hotel above Engelberg 😍 the restorant and the food! The fondue was not in the menu but the staff prepared it for us anyway 🫶

Excellent location, amenities, and rooms. Wonderful and nice people too. Very reasonable price. Best place I’ve stayed in Switzerland thus far and I visit the Alps year round.

This small family hotel Belmont in chalet style is situated only a 5-minute walk from the cable car station Titlis and 3 minutes' walk from the centre of Engelberg. This small hotel feels very cosy, and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent - near to the train station but very quiet. Very nice mountain view from the balcony. I specially enjoyed the kitchenette in the room.
