The location was really great with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. Owner was super helpful and communicative, the place was stylish, high quality and very clean. We loved the hot tub, but if you are heating it from cold it will take about 3 hours… however once it’s hot it will be warm enough the next evening to use it without heating up again.

Built in a typical Swiss chalet style, Hotel Restaurant Bänklialp is just 500 meters from the centre of Engelberg. It offers rooms with a balcony, free Wi-Fi in public areas. Great staff, very comfy bed, great breakfast, fantastic views, very quiet, good location for cable cars and walking/hiking.

This small family hotel Belmont in chalet style is situated only a 5-minute walk from the cable car station Titlis and 3 minutes' walk from the centre of Engelberg. It was so clean. Beautifully decorated. Location was just perfect. Would highly recommend and if I were to go back it would be my first choice. Staff are really friendly and very helpful.
