Depois foi na chegada, deixamos as malas pois o quarto não estava pronto e quando voltamos no horário as malas já estavam em nosso quarto, muito especial! FIcamos em um BIG de um quarto, super confortável, cama e chuveiros maravilhosos!!! O café da manhã foi espetacular, uma delícia, com muitas opções e tudo muito delicioso!!! Voltaremos com certeza para Zermatt e ficaremos novamente hospedados aqui!

Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. o hotel é muito bonito, estilo montanha com bom gosto e contemporaneidade. o atendimento foi incrivel, tanto que ficamos mais uma noite. todos os funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis. melhor escolha impossivel!

Com uma localização central em Zermatt, a 300 metros da estação ferroviária, o Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt foi construído com o estilo típico dos chalés de Valais e providencia uma área de spa com sauna... Fica muito bem localizado, na rua principal e a 5 min a perda estação de comboios. Ficamos numa suíte com 2 quartos e uma sala bastante confortável. Tem apenas uma casa de banho, grande. O único pequeno inconveniente é que um dos quartos não tem porta. Para uma família não tem problema mas quando se viaja com amigos seria melhor ter privacidade no quarto. O pequeno almoço é óptimo e os funcionários simpáticos.

Enjoying an elevated, quiet but central position in Zermatt, 200 metres from the Sunnegga Cable Car, BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as an indoor pool, spa... The outdoor pool with a direct view to the Matterhorn was definitely a highlight. The service by the staff and concierge was top notch, making the trip an absolute wonder.

Stunning views, cozy stay – just a few things to be aware of The location is absolutely beautiful – the view is breathtaking! The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.
