Exceptionally equipped house that ensures a very comfortable stay, makes it feel right at home with all essentials available. Near to a forest/farm area but also next to a train station to quickly move around with public transportation. Although we had some technical difficulties with hot water the first night, our hosts were really accommodating and helping us solve the issue asap. Outstanding communication and flexibility!

The environment was beautiful and perfectly located at the border between Switzerland and Germany. There even was an Aldi-supermarket at walking distance. The house itself was even more amazing! Very spacious, clean and well maintained. There was a problem we had with the Wallbox Charger, but the host (Derya) immediately provided a temporary cable of herself to make sure we could charge. She also made sure that the Wallbox was fixed by a electrician within our stay, so we could use the fast charging option again. All things considered, we will definitely consider to stay here again. (:

A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. This level of attentive problem-solving exemplifies his commitment to guest satisfaction. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, the environment Mr. Mahakumara has created is truly distinctive.
