We were pampered throughout our stay and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and happy. They were very polite, friendly, kind and very welcoming. The property is stunning. There's lots of attention to detail, with beautiful art in every corner. There's a lovely courtyard with a pool and lots of seating areas and canopied daybeds. There's lots of common seating areas everywhere, indoor and outdoor. Staff are super helpful and friendly. They helped me book an affordable shared transport back to the airport on my last day that I wouldn't have been able to find/access on my own for that rate, and were super friendly/accommodating when I locked myself out of my room or safe (woops). Breakfast is very nice and goes until 11 AM which is a nice touch for those of us who like to sleep in. Beautiful desert oasis and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The service is out of this world. The whole staff makes all the effort to make you feel special in your stay. Thats what makes Tierra far ahead of its competitors in Atacama. The food was also a hot topic. Very elaborate dishes and so beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

You have to understand it is not most welcoming terrain. Great rooms, Juanita and staff are superb. Spanish helps. also need a car or have to keep requesting ride to main street.

We were very impressed with the staff, especially Sevla who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in downtown San Pedro, and the overall concept of the hotel was unique and refreshing.
