The house only has accommodation service, it does not have a hot tub or sauna. The place is amazing. The facilities are very well maintained and designed so that you can truly relax after intense days of traveling and trekking. The hot tub is a real luxury, especially after hiking all day; a pure pleasure. We would like to highlight and thank David, who cares a lot about his guests. He sends you the weather report and has great recommendations about puerto natales. Thank you so much for your helpfulness and attention to detail. We really appreciate it. The location is spectacular and really remote. The element of disconnect is special, but you MUST plan ahead, if you have connecting trip beyond. We loved the hotel, the living areas were cozy, the bar had great drinks. The restaurant had high end, rich, good food, with great wine pairings. The breakfast was ample with many options. The facilities such as the termes/pools are very special and there are various options if you prefer more privacy vs the view. The fjord/nature really add to it all. The birds and animal life are great. The rooms on their own were really comfortable & cozy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful when you had inquiries Lastly, you must use the massage service and ask for the book at the front desk. The options are endless and we left rejuvenated.

A range of beauty and relaxing treatments are also available at the property's spa and wellness centre. Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

Suites at Patagonia Lodge are decorated with tasteful wooden floors and matching autumn décor. All have heating, and some have living rooms and spacious decked balconies. Some rooms have a TV with streaming services. It was a beautiful location with an excellent restaurant and friendly staff.
