The health club is equipped with advanced gym equipment, a 28-degree heated indoor swimming pool, steam rooms, sauna and spacious Jacuzzis. The staff were great! Despite the language barrier, they tried their best to help us with anything we needed. When we asked for extra toiletries, they delivered them promptly without need for a follow up. The location was also great! Near the pedestrian Wangfujing Street. The entrance to the subway was also just across the street.

Guests can get a relaxing soak in the hot tub, head for a sauna session to unwind or opt for a pampering treatment at the beauty salon. The hotel’s concierge desk assists with guests’ requests and needs. We were especially satisfied with the support of Mr. Evan Wu.

Really great service from the guys, who run this hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Very nice and tasty breakfast. Location is away from noisy street, so it is very quiet. It does also means that the taxi drivers cannot get to the hotel entrance, so be prepared to walk some 100 meters.

The house is super comfortable. Beds 10/10. Bathrooms are superb. Service is exceptional, Andrew went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. Breakfast beautifully served. Quiet surroundings. Simatai entrance easily accesible by taxi for 10 rmb/p/p, a 10 minute ride that the host will organize for you. Thank you for everything!

They were incredibly friendly and helpful and I highly recommend the executive rooms to any who plans to stay there. The executive floor manager, Rebecca Wang, provides the best service I have ever seen in this type of hotel and I will continue to stay at the 4S in Beijing because due to the wonderful staff it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel.
