The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of options, and its close proximity to the airport plus the free shuttle make travel incredibly convenient. The staff are friendly, ordering delivery or catching a taxi is easy, and the facilities are top-notch—absolutely worth the price. It’s easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel has AI (XiaoDu). It doesn’t support English, but that’s not a problem.

Located in Beijing CBD Guomao, JEN Beijing by Shangri-La is part of the fully integrated China World Complex, which includes premier malls, offices and restaurants. This was the best hotel i have stayed in years, location is very good; from here you can easily take a taxi (very cheap) to go and admire the most important spots in Beijing. Everiday cleaning, water and even fruits! The breakfast was amazing, even my picky toddler loved it. And of course the view to the CCTV was amazing. The staff was all the time very helpfull even with making some reservations for the tourist spots. Love from Romania!
