Loved my stay there. Everything was pleasant from the checking to checkout. Breakfast if worth the money! Will stay there again.

I did a lot of research in choosing the hotel to stay in the area and based on reviews and price chose Fraser Suites. It met our expectations. I liked that it had breakfast included and breakfast was awesome. Great selection and kept us going all day until dinner. We had a studio room as I wanted access to some kitchen facilities in case we needed them. Whilst we did not as there were so many great food choices right outside the door, I loved the size of the studio and that extra space it had with the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and all the staff friendly and helpful. The location was awesome and we took the metro most days. You could access a shopping mall directly from the hotel and the metro was accessible one floor down in the shopping mall. The hotel also organised an airport pickup for us (at an extra cost), which was great as we did not have to worry about how we were going to get to the hotel. They were there to pick us up as soon as we cleared customs at the airport. Hotel was clean, has a huge pool and also inside the women's change rooms there is a spa, sauna and steam room. I can highly recommend this hotel. It had everything we needed.

It was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. There was a pretty decent gym and sauna area on the fourth floor that I used quite a lot.

The lavish and modern rooms at this hotel hotel feature a TV with satellite channels and a wardrobe. All units come with a kettle and a private bathroom, free toiletries and a hairdryer are also offered. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and service is amazing from the moment you step out of the car! The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent with a proper high ceiling for the rain shower. Soaking tub was also relaxing with the surrounding settings after a long day. Breakfast buffet was wonderful every morning with more food than you can imagine and the restaurants were beautiful in the evening. We ate 2 nights in the Allegria restaurant and enjoyed the evening view and especially the food. We were especially pleased with the service we received from Ms. Phoenix Jia the assistant front office manager. She was lovely when checking us in and out of the hotel as well as assisting us with some travel issues even going as far as calling us when we check out to make sure everything went well. We look forward to many more stays at this hotel.
