I’m ashamed that don’t asked a name of a cute english speaking girl in reception. She suggested and helped to order a tickets of our trips in Zhangjiajie. Thank You! Also huge plus was free transfer from airport to hotel. Driver/ hotel worker was very kindly.

Coming to zhangjiajie can be intimidating as a foreigner as all the scenic locations are very scattered and you need to book a whole lot of tickets. Our host speaks amazing English and he made this process a breeze, not only did he book everything for us at a discounted price but he also gave us a detailed run through of the routes as well as record a video. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at where we need to go, I didn’t even need to switch my brain on. Our room was clean, comfy, spacious and high tech. Additionally his parents cook amazing food, traditional chinese style including noodles and soup dumplings, better than the restaurants we tried in the area! In conclusion I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a foreigner coming here for the first time! They truly go above and beyond for you.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The people, facilities, location. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Guided us and booked book the tours for us, we paid later during our checkout. Also there was some miscommunication about booking one of the tours and they absorbed the cancelation fee and rebooked it with new schedule - we really appreciated it. We highly recommend this.

A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk.
