They have a professional English-speaking customer service team that assists with communication, and it was very convenient to contact them via WhatsApp. They answered many of my questions about Zhangjiajie. A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of.
