His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

The hotel manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay. She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a personal touch.

He gave me instructions for everything and even had a plan to still enjoy the national park, if it’s raining/cloudy all day. 5-10min walk to the entrance of the park.
