The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was exceptional, and they went out of their way to accommodate our vegan diet with a variety of options, never making us feel like a burden. Isaac’s father is an amazing chef, and his culinary skills made each meal a great experience . Our host, Isaac, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. He assisted us in countless ways, starting with picking us up from the train station upon our arrival. Throughout our stay, he frequently drove us to various locations and provided drop-off services whenever he could. Isaac’s extensive knowledge of the local area was invaluable. He gave us detailed explanations about the walking tours around Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, including insightful briefings on what to expect at each site. He also helped arrange our tickets and provided clear instructions on how to navigate the attractions. His support truly enhanced our experience and made our trip memorable. The hotel is modern and clean, ensuring you won't feel like you're missing on anything. It's a great place to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountain and the Avatar Mountains, and its close proximity to the train station which adds to the convenience.

I would rate it 10 stars for top-notch hospitality. It's a cute place. Cute style and decor. Natural wood. Nice pillows. Nice white towels. The hosts are great and very, very helpful. You get very personalized service. They helped me with my tour tickets, take out dinner order, transportation, etc. The front desk is open late. It's beautiful at night with it all lit up. The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. . Walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great AC system. Cool mood lighting. Very large bathroom.

The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.

The perfect place to stay while visiting Zhangjiajie national park. The resort is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by rice fields. It's a mix of village life with modern comfort. However, the thing that really makes this place so exceptional is the level of service. Rain, our contact person in the resort, was so great. He contacted us in advance to make sure that we will have everything we need. While in the resort he created for us a WeChat support group in which all the relevant personnel could attend to every need that we may have. Rain helped us to plan our visit in the park and assist us with the tickets purchase. The Park can be confusing even for experienced tourists, but Rain assistance made the visit so much easier. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit it again.

The location was quiet, close to the park and most of all the view was amazing! We had dinner at their courtyard most of the time and we loved the feel of the place.
