Branded amenities, bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Well taken care if by concierge. Laundry, restaurant booking, check-in and check-out all went smoothly. Room was very spacious and well equipped

The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Guests can enjoy welcome fruits upon arrival. I was really luxury hotel. Design and location was amazing!

I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.
