Situated in Shanghai in the Shanghai Area Region, 1.3 km from Oriental Pearl Tower, Bellagio Shanghai boasts a spa centre and sauna. The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Guests can enjoy welcome fruits upon arrival. This has always been my first choice in Shanghai. Fantastic location (where I was born), great services and wonderful food. Always love the hotel since the day one.

Innovative in design, 5,800 square metre of function space, including the 2,050 square metre Great Room and 12 function rooms illuminated in natural light, ensures extraordinary meetings experience. The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed.

Guests can enjoy barbecue on the large sun terrace, laze in the hot tub, or play a game of squash and mini golf. Families should make good use of the children's playground and the kids' club. Convenient guest services like currency exchange, meeting facilities and ticketing services are all provided. Tried the room for 6 people: very large room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen with oven and microwave, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, two balcony, Nespresso coffe machine, Apartments share some facilities (gym and swimming pool) with the Portman Ritz hotel. Breakfast was included (you get vouchers): you can choose between a western restaurant (Baker & Spice) and asian restaurant (Saigon Mama). I normally prefer western breakfast... but the quality at "baker and spice" was not so good. Even the coffee was better at the asian restaurant! Go for it! Restaurants are downstairs and you need to exit the apartment building to reach them. Personnel was kind: they will replenish coffee, and other stuff if needed. Just ask. Suggestion: ad an option to have breakfast at the "Portman's" (the Ritz reasturant). I would pay an extra to have breakfast there! It could be possible since the property of Ritz and ServicedApartment is the same. 10 minutes walk to subway station (Line 2) 50-90 minutes drive from Pudong Airport (Taxi will take about 200-250Rmb) . Plan accordingly Room rate might look expensive, but you get a good value for the money (you are in Shanghai center after all)

Had a pleasant and wonderful birthday staycation with Regent and we get free upgrade to premium pearl view suite room upon check in with complementary minibar items and wine. The day and night view of the pearl and shanghai city from our suite is awesome ! Not to forget to visit the pool as the view is amazing too. Love the Eau De Magnolia toiletries provided by Regent. Otherwise, staffs are very helpful and attentive , they will assist our issue when it comes to food order&delivery as a foreigner .

Gorgeous property in a great location. Staff was incredibly patient and kind. They went out of their way to find some packages my aunt had sent me without a room number on them. The complimentary juice and wontons were delicious! Housekeeping was lovely too.

Designed to appeal to children’s fantasies, the Adventure Zone is a 700 square metres (7,534 square feet) children's indoor playground and recreation centre, comes with 3 slides in different styles. Everything in the room was well designed for convenience, efficiency and comfort. The lighting, the facilities, the temperature control, the outlets, the mini bar were all built for satisfaction. The spacious apartment is composed of 4 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. A flat-screen TV is available. I have been to Shanghai for several business in a row. This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby. The check-in process is very simple and convenient, and the staff is also very enthusiastic. If I hadn't booked a ticket, I would like to stay for a few more days. Thank you, landlord. Xiexie.
