As I do not have a Chinese phone number, I was unable to contact the driver myself. An employee named Peter used his own phone to reach the driver and successfully helped me recover my bag. I am incredibly grateful for his help since I I would have struggled to resolve this issue on my own, and losing my passport would have been disastrous. I appreciated the warm service!

Must stay here if you visit Shanghai with more than 3 people.

The room was perfect, with panoramic views all over the place. Staying in China can be a bit daunting, but staying at The Kerry is an incredible experience.
