My flight got cancelled.. picked this place on a whim to sleep.. like all the others reviewers say, 1st impression on arrival was where am I.. but after checking in.. it was great.. the couple owners was beyond nice.. took the time to help me order food cause we were hungry.. brought up to our room.. Place is very clean, nice decor. Was alittle cold.. But the hospitality made up for minor flaws. They also held our luggages while we were checking out Shanghai.. It was a great cancellation.. reccomended to stay here on a whim. .

My personal concierge Echo Wang王芊骄 was the sweetest and all requests were done in 2 minutes. Loved the free tea service and free daily ironing service. The made bubble baths for me as well.

The hotel is stunning! We had absolutely best time. The room was huge with so many various details. The interior is beautiful and very well thought. The room styling was so on point every day during both cleaning and turn down. The breakfast is just next level - so much variety and quality is unmatched. The staff is extremely professional and organised. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - on north bund with the best views yet it’s not very busy and crowded. Will 100% be back!

They went out of their way to find some packages my aunt had sent me without a room number on them. The complimentary juice and wontons were delicious! Housekeeping was lovely too.
