Breakfast was exceptionally good, great variety with fresh items, vegetables, and eggs, and plates that were tastefully crafted,, was something to look forward to every morning

During my stay, I accidentally left my bag—containing my passport—in a Didi. As I do not have a Chinese phone number, I was unable to contact the driver myself. An employee named Peter used his own phone to reach the driver and successfully helped me recover my bag. I am incredibly grateful for his help since I I would have struggled to resolve this issue on my own, and losing my passport would have been disastrous. I appreciated the warm service!

All guest can use a swimming pool(both indoor and outdoor) and gym located in Ritz-Carlton for free. Friendly staff and good location are things to be chosen to stay. Must stay here if you visit Shanghai with more than 3 people.

Offering stunning views of Shanghai skyline, the gorgeous Regent Shanghai Pudong stands in Lujiazui financial district in Pudong New Area. Thomas Zhou from the reception’s service has been excellent from start till end. Hotel is very clean and every details from start to end is exceptionally well handled! Close from metro with 6-8mins walk and view of the oriental pearl tower was just a big wow!

I was greeted like a VIP 😊 The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong offers a luxurious urban retreat with breathtaking views of the Huangpu River and The Bund. Guests can enjoy premium amenities, including an indoor pool and a world-class spa. The hotel itself exudes luxury and comfort — you feel completely at home. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff for treating me like a VIP, for every little detail and thoughtful touch. A special thanks to Yana, you are a wonderful person. Thank you for your dedication, and thanks to the universe for bringing us together. I will always remember the time I spent there! The hotel gave me exclusive gifts, noticed subtle details in my look, and wrote me warm wishes that brought tears to my eyes!
