Stayed there during the typhoon and the hotel staff made the stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely value for money.

It was clean, spacious and modern! Only thing that we did not realise was it was in a different building/ wing, which means the facilities such as the pool are not in the same building. However, there is a little mini bus that comes frequently and drives you over to the main building within minutes. Staff were friendly, hospitable and very helpful. Even took the initiative to deliver parcels/ take out to our room. Decorated the room and gave us a lovely cake for a birthday too! We will definitely stay here again!

It was a surprise that there was a electronic bidget in the bathroom which usually can only find at hotels in Japan. Buffet breakfast was worth to try especially I had been offered a 20% off. There were lots of variety and the food were delicious. I did not expect we could have ice cream for breakfast buffet!

Like Sagrada Familia but a hotel instead, like a cathedral but better in many ways. Just a straight 10/10 for me. Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.

The spacious bathroom features city or bay views. the staff were exceptional, assisting throughout the entirety of my stay with them. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant vacation thanks to them!
