Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

I stayed at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai for one night from 20 Nov to 21 Nov. The experience was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is convenient, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Centrally located in Futian District, The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen offers luxurious accommodation with free internet and free parking. Wonderful personal service, the team go out of there way to take care of you and make you feel like a valued customer. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Comfortable clean room, a little dated but far outweighed by the excellent service across the entire hotel, convenient location and breakfast. Located right next to the metro station, Starbucks and good Japanese restaurant over the road, what more do you need?!

Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.
