The hostel really looks like the pictures on the website. It is in a great location and is in a bit quieter area of Poblado. The staff doesn't really speak English, but they are very kind and helpful. They will use translators to communicate and really support you via a WhatsApp chat. There was not a single request they didn't grant. There was this nice guy with a dog who carried my big suitcase up and down for me every time. I would definitely stay there again and the price for value is wonderful! I can also recommend the laundry service.

Very close to restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. Very luxury and comfortable. A great rooftop with hot tub and sauna. There’s a coffee machine in the room and in the lobby, free to use. Very nice staff.

We loved Soul! The apartment was great, with everything one needs for a few days' stay. The kitchen is very well furnished and the washing machine + tumble dryer is a ++. The coffee we got as present was AMAZING! The staff was great and the area is really clean, safe, green and it's a pleasure to walk around. I had read someone commenting that it doesn't feel safe to walk around unless you're a local and I'm wondering if the person had mistaken this hotel with another one. Because all you need are legs that are willing to take you around. It's a residential area where I never felt unsafe for a single second. There's a good supermarket, Carulla, almost behind the corner, and - if you feel like walking a bit longer, an hypermarket inside a shopping center about 15 mins away. The parking is another ++. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll book again if we visit Medellín in the future.

The hotel is Great. Very good location , you need to use car or uber but this is the same for the whole city . Breakfast are is really big , options to have it in balcony . Rich breakfast . Room was comfortable , we had everything .
