The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. I was working remotely and before I arrived, my laptop charger stopped working. The owner researched chargers and offered to go out and buy me one so it was ready for my arrival as I would arrive in the evening and had to work early the next day. It is fantastic value in a great location. Breakfast was lovely with the rooftop view.

They helped every time we had any issue. The rooms are well designed, with blackout curtains and comfortable beds. Loved the laundry room and the possibility to do our own laundry for free in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again

We got a free upgrade to the balcony room with a jacuzzi ..from.booking.com. huge room, stocked with free water, coffee, tea. Huge breakfast included. Superb view of the mountains from the room, balcony, and outside the room. The bed was huge. Everything was very comfortable, super clean and gorgeous.
