Staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful. Room was spacious, beautiful detailing, nice safe boxes, and clean with comfy beds and great shower. Snacks and water available in the shop. Breakfast options are really good and all tasty.

We loved Soul! The apartment was great, with everything one needs for a few days' stay. The kitchen is very well furnished and the washing machine + tumble dryer is a ++. The coffee we got as present was AMAZING! The staff was great and the area is really clean, safe, green and it's a pleasure to walk around. I had read someone commenting that it doesn't feel safe to walk around unless you're a local and I'm wondering if the person had mistaken this hotel with another one. Because all you need are legs that are willing to take you around. It's a residential area where I never felt unsafe for a single second. There's a good supermarket, Carulla, almost behind the corner, and - if you feel like walking a bit longer, an hypermarket inside a shopping center about 15 mins away. The parking is another ++. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll book again if we visit Medellín in the future.

We stayed in a very nice room with a very nice view. Breakfast is absolute amazing and staff very polite and helpful. Very good value for money.
