Breakfast was fantastic and dinners were nice. The bar has great vistas and on the roof there is a telescope so I got to see Saturn and its rings. Rooms have those Japanese automatic toilets which I had never experienced before.

The presence of animals and the surrounding nature adds a wonderful touch to the overall experience. There are always very small groups of people, and at times it feels like you have the island all to yourself. The boat ride was conducted with great professionalism and care, which I deeply appreciated, especially as I was traveling with my senior parents. This level of responsibility is rare, based on my past experiences visiting neighboring islands and resorts. But above all, the customer service was OUTSTANDING . GRACIAS to every crew member, and a special shout out to Jeison, he went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday.
