I loved this hotel. For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

The pillows were comfortable and I had a great sleep. I also liked that the property is a little more isolated than some others, they were kind enough to turn off the lights so we could view the starry sky. Breakfast was delicious.

I especially enjoyed the overall concept of El Maco with all its elements working well together, but also the well thought through attention that has been given in design, construction, and most of all the attitude and quality of service by the staff and team. EL SHADDAI Punta Del Este Desierto de la Tatacoa, em Villavieja, providencia acomodações de 4 estrelas com um jardim, um restaurante e um bar. The design of the suites each with a small private pool. The location close to the town. The peace and quiet. And the staff. Rafael was always ready to help with a positive attitude. Newton and Carmen the administrators were very friendly and helpful.
