The owner, Victor, is incredibly friendly. He took care of my girlfriend and me, and he gave us precious tips with a smile. The swimming pool, the dining area and the rooms make it a perfect place to relax. Tayrona Park and the beaches are within comfortable reach. Furthermore, there are shops and other restaurants nearby. Our room was very romantic and had some naturalistic vibes. Definitely the highlight of our trip!

The Ecohotel Yachay Tayrona is located within the Tayrona National Natural Park 33 km from Santa Marta, offers a terrace and mountain views with a direct encounter with the nature. Beautiful eco hotel within Tayrona Park. The staff goes above and beyond to make the experience special, including purchasing park tickets in advance. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Tayrona.

The room is your own haven with screened walls on some walls for a bug-free immersion into the forest. Very light/clean/airy! The night insects whistle at night, and you wake to the birds in the morning! The grounds are stunning and immaculate! They have lovely cats & dogs happily enjoying the property with you! Especially Mateo!:: ... They have the best customer service, handling all your needs, and they speak English and Spanish which can be a big plus for travelers! They sent their dogs with me for the back roads hike to beautiful waterfalls! The dogs led the way (pic attached!). Then when I came back, I tracked mud all over my floor. Carmen instantly arrived with a mop and cleaned my floor! Then I had a perfectly clean room again! 👍 .... I fell in love with Trompito, and the staff here mentioned a nice apartment down the road, which ended up being perfect for me, and now I will be neighbors to this lovely accommodations that offers you a unique and complete experience of a lifetime!

Really nice place, staff were lovely and helped us with a desk in the room as we had to work. Also prepared soup for us as our stomachs were sensitive post infection even though it wasn't on the menu. Stunning views!

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace, Senda Casa Tayrona Los Naranjos is situated in Los Naranjos, 35 km from Santa Marta and a 5 minute drive from Tayrona park main entrance. The hotel itself is fantastic and it has a luxury feel to it. The location by the beach and the river is amazing. The place was very clean and because there aren't that many rooms, you feel like you have the place to yourself. Alongside the location of the Hotel, the food was the best that we had in Columbia - For Lunch and Dinner there is such a wide range to choose from and it always was very tasty and freshly prepared. Only a short 5 minute taxi ride to the entrance of Tayrona park as well which was good. All round, a great place to stay.

Kantawa Hotel & Spa, located in Calabazo, Santa Marta, only 3 km from the entrance of the Tayrona National Park, features an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, and a wellness centre offering a steam bath,... Kantawa is a stunning oasis. Our rooms was gorgeous, full of beautiful touches. The bed was a dream! The grounds are lush, quiet and border a flowing river. The spa is everything we could want, from wet & dry saunas to hydro massage loungers to hot tubs and cooling cascades. The staff is amazing, from check in, to meals, to spa services to check out!

We had a wonderful stay at 4 Pozos Tayrona. Thomas and his team, Natalia and James, were always kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, right in the heart of nature. Special thanks to Jorge, our reliable driver. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay near Tayrona.

TV was good. Bed was comfy. Reception staff is great. Just across the main road in Buritaca where all the buses from Santa Marta stop. Close to the party hostel Rio. Better accommodation than a hostel. About 25 minutes pleasant walk to the Buritaca river/ beach. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
