Everything matched and promised a great vacation! Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

Very kind and generous with all the guest. The example where people make the place.
