It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

The Carlsbad Plaza is a luxury Medical Spa & Wellness hotel located in the quiet ambience of the spa zone of Karlovy Vary. The renowned Spring Colonnade is 600 meters away. This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. I truly recommend on this great hotel. Thanks alot Zach and Tovit

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Elegant, chic the hotel is simply royal with excellent staff & fantastic breakfast

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.

No chance find any negatives..been adviced upgrate our room for.one in chateau.for extra €€€ but was worth it..biggest room we ever had...great wellness and amazing location..receptionist was really helpfull .breakfast very decent.maybe little more we were expexting from dinner as pasta was dry and deer stew not the best in my life either..but in general amazing stay 100%

The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel

We liked everything and would like to say BIG THANK YOU for the host! Everything was perfect: • The location was great: close to Lidl and other shops; • The inner yard to go for a walk with the dogs; • Cleanness, good facilities, nice rooms, quietness; • Car parking slot; • Close to bus stop and main roads; • SPA and sport room (we had a luck to use them alone!!! :) • Nice stuff (everybody we have met here in 3 days); • And good price for 3 persons plus dogs free of costs.
