I am a very frequent traveller that stayed in hundreds of hotels all around the world but never found everything great in one hotel, this is the first time Staff extra friendly, very helpful, Breakfast: yes it is basic with no great variety but very delicious, ultra clean and very satisfying Good wifi Truly flawless stay and if i am to come to Prague again i will never stay anywhere else Thanks to every one responsible in this hotel, you all made our stay a true joy I only think matress can get a change as there are areas of depression that makes you less comfortable Room when there are three people so living room seater is the extra bed, then it needs another comfortable seater as dining room chairs by default are not very comfortable TV channels are all Czheck , with all due respect some more variety needed But those remarks never affected our comfort

Everything was great, very nice staff at the reception ready to help whenever you need support, confortable room and beds, very good breackfast, the hotel close to the tram station from where there is a direct tram to the very city centre, nice present in the room (a bottle of good wine) as well as vouchers for drinks in the hotel bar and city centre, good wellness zone with sauna and jacuzzi, overall, I had a great stay at the hotel and for sure I would recomment it to my friends.
