The Staff, the Room, the facilities and all in all, the experience. The location is so central and everything is walking distance. All the things you need to see is around the hotel area. There also is a Casino, right opposite the hotel which makes life very easy!

Surrounded by the stylish boutiques of the Charlottenburg district, Hotel Augusta has colourful rooms and suites with satellite TV, a safety deposit box, and a minibar. They have an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. The rooms were more than adequate, we had the room with a balcony which did make a difference, the bed was that comfy I wanted to bring it home with me, rooms are cleaned daily as you would expect and all staff from reception to cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can't comment on is the breakfast as we never tried it, we chose to eat out all the time, the hotel is very well placed just off the main street with all the shops you need including some of the more high end shops.
