Set in a grand Baroque palace with scenic gardens, this 5-star hotel in Bergisch Gladbach offers views as far as Cologne Cathedral. the night shift receptionists florian bezbrra uoop helped us so much, he was so helpful and his hospitality was great and he helped us right away without hesitation, he and fabian thiemann were very kind and elegant, thanks a lot and if we came again to cologne, we would definitely come to this hotel , yes a lot will argue the price of the hotel and that's what we felt first, but when we saw how luxury the hotel is and how helpful the workers are, it is 100% a steal(i mean it is very worth it)

This hotel is located on the exclusive Königsallee shopping street in Düsseldorf. It offers a large health club, creative cuisine, and soundproofed rooms with elegant décor. Lovely hotel, all very new. Spacious room. Shower was like Niagra Falls, amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was very clean.

The location was excellent, due to the accommodation being right outside of Winterberg, we were able to avoid most of the extremely crowded roads when driving to the pistes. Temperature regulation was excellent, the jacuzzi was phenomenal, a great shower, a great sauna. We could not have gotten a better accommodation in the area at our time of booking.

Everything is very clean, modern, comfortable, and you can see that the owners put a lot of thought into the interior and the facilities. The hot tub works great, with lights and all sorts of bubbling options. The kitchen is well equipped, including a fully functional oven, stove top, dishwasher and good ventilation, so you're not later sleeping in all the cooking smells. There's lots of pots, pans, glassware, plates, cutlery, good knives - everything you need to cook up a good dinner. The bathroom is clean, modern, with a big shower, well lit mirror and I'd say it looks much better than on the images provided on booking.com. The owner provides very big, thick, high quality towels, hotel-style slippers, bubble bath, bathroom basics, water and a sparkling wine - all making the stay even more comfortable and special. The location is good - easy access by car (with good safe parking close by), 10-15min walk to a big supermarket and 45min walk (or 10min bus ride) to the train station.

Far above expectations, the venue was impeccable in terms of equipment (both in the room and in the common spaces), cleanliness and location. The owners have been very sympathetic. Beautiful breakfast with garden view. 4 star hotel standard with a cosy atmosphere, we will definitely return.

A great, quiet location with a lot to do and see in a 30- 40 minute radius. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any inquiries. We had two families in two apartments and it was a great setup. We look forward to returning in the future.

The host was extremly friendly and helpful. There is great parking when travelling on motorcycles (or car). Breakfast was super. We warmly recommend this place and will definitely come back if we are in the area.
