The facilities inside the house are perfect and the spa facilities in the private garden are amazing. The whirlpool, sauna and plunge pool were the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring the town. The owner is very attentive to ensure an enjoyable stay. We will be back again.

Hotel Weinbauer is a traditional hotel peacefully and central located in Schwangau, 1.5 km from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles. Built in 1865, the cosy hotel is decorated with frescoes. A lovely hotel with a great location (perfect for visiting castles), featuring renovated and clean rooms. The breakfast was good, though the only thing missing was fresh croissants and pastries. Wonderful staff! As a bonus, a very nice sauna is included with the room — highly recommended.
