The staff truly were incredible from the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to help. For example, we needed assistance with our Galapogos form, and was helped with each step. As well, we needed some cash from an ATM, the security man didn't just tell us where the bank machine was. He went with us and stood by as we got our cash out. The morning shuttle was stuck waiting at the airport, and without us knowing, they had a paid private taxi at the door minutes early the take us. That is great customer service. We highly recommend this hotel! We also tried the room service food, and it was great, reasonable.

Good and quite comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good enough. Shopping mall right across the street. Ideal for one-night stay. Comparing to another hotels I stayed, this was worth the price.
