My stay was exceptional and beyond expectations. The staff were very attentive and cheerful 24/7! The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and bars and restaurants (bartenders, waiters etc). Many activities in the hotel, great swimming pools. Aquapark brought a lot of fun. Talented dancers on shows which were every evening. Spacious rooms, good cleaning service.

The bay inside the hotel is an amazing addition to the 'beach holiday' feeling you get. The pools and the gardens around them are super well kept, and overall, the hotel is very clean. The à la carte restaurants all have a unique theme, and the food there is amazing. We had a great steak at the Mediterranean restaurant, well-made chicken tikka and garlic naan at the Indian restaurant, and an incredible piece of seabass fillet at the greek. Even the buffet has nice themes and is well taken care of. The staff..... Let me begin to say that everyone at this hotel works hard to make sure you are having an unforgettable holiday. They make u feel right at home. It's also the way they receive u by saying "Welcome Home" when u arrive. We decided to have the posh club upgrade as well and let me just say we didn't regret it even for a moment. We arrived and were received by our butler, Mina, who took care of everything as he sat us down with a refreshing towel... I think they might have forgotten the champagne... Either way, we arrived at our room with a splendid view of everything and were told that anything we need at all, we just ask Him, Mina. This my dear friends, is an understatement, Mina served more like a Genie in a bottle than a butler, he literally granted us all our wishes and more as he gave excellent suggestions on how to make our stay even more pleasant. He constantly took the initiative, making sure we'd be well set every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He set up a romantic dinner for my wife and I so we could enjoy Felucca's kitchen, who happened to be closed during our stay due to renovations. Mina, thanks a lot if you're reading this, we really had an incredible time, mostly thanks to you.

All air-conditioned rooms at Elphistone feature a balcony overlooking the Red Sea and the pool. Each offers a satellite TV, a minibar and a desk. A shower and a bath are fitted in the bathroom. All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...
