In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

The staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception guy Ahmed Eid he was very kind and helpful 😁 the room was big and clean plus it has a wonderful view to the pools and the sea . I recommend everyone to go and try this hotel . This was my first time and it wont be the last.

We departed for the airport early in the morning, no Uber responded at the beginning, Hanna even got ready to drive us (fortunately a Uber came finally), and thus remember to reserve a taxi if you plan early departure.

The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively addressing our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendly and professional approach made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The aqua park was the highlight of the trip for our kids, offering a variety of slides and pools that kept them entertained for hours. It was clear that the facilities were thoughtfully designed with families in mind, providing a safe and fun environment that both children and parents could enjoy. The food was another standout aspect of our stay, far exceeding our expectations. The variety, quality, and flavors impressed us all, and even our picky eaters found dishes they loved. The attention to detail in every meal reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The combination of exceptional service, fantastic amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. We left with cherished memories and can’t wait to return to Serenity Alma for another amazing family getaway!

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!

All air-conditioned rooms at Elphistone feature a balcony overlooking the Red Sea and the pool. Each offers a satellite TV, a minibar and a desk. A shower and a bath are fitted in the bathroom. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good -and lot of option also for vegetarians. I booked three different kind of rooms. Standard, deluxe and superior. The best was the superior room with seaview and sunrise. The room and also the hotel area are very clean. I extend twice my stay.
