I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception guy Ahmed Eid he was very kind and helpful 😁 the room was big and clean plus it has a wonderful view to the pools and the sea . I recommend everyone to go and try this hotel . This was my first time and it wont be the last.

To be honest, everything. 1-First Impression from arriving to departing, they really make sure that you have a premium experience. They took you luggage and send it to your room. They have welcome drinks and cold towels while you are waiting for you check in. The hotel is very grand and the architecture is amazing. 2- The Room we stayed in a executive room with a pool. The pool systems are connected but they were very clean( no pool smell (chlorine) in any of the pools. If you know you know). There were hedges around the garden you really didnt knownthat you were in the middle of a desert. Be weary that our type of rooms dosent offer 100% privacy. The upper room and the ones next to you could see you if they wanted to. The rooms around us were full and we handt have any issues (anyone peeping). The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff has greeted us and told that if we need anything, he would have it done asap. There is a sizeable wardrobe in the room As an all inclusive we had a kettle the coffe setup a full minibar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We had snaks as well, that would be refilled everyday, you might have to call for it. Ther pillows and the bed was very comfortable. And the black out curtains were amazing. One of the best i have seen. 3- Food For alacat restaurants you have to make reservations from a qr code thats on the booklet that you room key is in. The Safari Bar in the loby is open 24/7 has some reqlly good dinks. And the quality of the drinks were amazing (the taste ) just a note that of you want a spesific brand of drink it might coast extra in any bar Aqua pool and beach bar is good to but in our opinion it was more the mass consumption does effect the quality a bit still very good tho. Maya and Cabana restaurants are both open for lunch and dinner. The food was good. Arabesque and Benisuma restaurants are open oly for dinner.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. We spent a family holiday this summer 2025. The place is exceptional. Check in went very pleasant, and Mr. Ihab made us complementary upgrade, and several presents. The place is all inclusive, food, drinks, activities for kids and adults, impressive aqua park, bool activities, night shows, and access to the sister hotel beach and bar. Rooms are very clean, and spacious. All the staff do bug effort to offer help with smile. We also booked the semi sub-marine Panorama, and it was an experience to remember. We really enjoyed, specially our kids. It is amazing how they can offer such an outstanding service for such attractive price. Definitely a place to recommend.

Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good -and lot of option also for vegetarians. I booked three different kind of rooms. Standard, deluxe and superior. The best was the superior room with seaview and sunrise. The room and also the hotel area are very clean. I extend twice my stay.

Thanks to manager Mr. Omar i felt like i am in my home, this feeling is above the vacation- it is priority feeling when you travel somewhere. Let me point in highlights: Cleaning service/restaurant stuff/bar stuff/ animation team - they all provide excellent service, were present but not agressive in their services, did marvelous job; Quality of food is really good- important thing on vacation; there are no lines or waiting to be served Few really interesting nights in program from animation team; Room enterior was just amazing and new..
