Todo perfecto y Haytham super atento con nosotros. La verdad es que no puedo encontrar ninguna pega o defecto en nuestra estancia.

Ubicado en Hurghada, a 41 km de Hurghada Grand Aquarium, Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma tiene hospedaje con una alberca al aire libre, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un gimnasio y un jardín. Todo estuvo excelente, solo tener cuidado con la empresa de deportes acuáticos que recomiendan ( kbc o similar) está lejos del hotel y en una zona llena de corales y cosas peligrosas para deportes acuáticos. Hacia el otro lado hay una más cerca, mucho más económica y en una ubicación más segura sin obstáculos.

We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

The variety of high-quality food - all being part of the all-inclusive formula - was a plus. The fact that you can eat à la carte both during lunch and dinner, could please us a lot. The Cove was a nice and cosy alternative to the bigger World buffet restaurant for breakfast. The new SPA facilities are top-level, but expensive. Upon arrival, it's a good thing to use Mr. Hanna's offer to make a reservation for you in the dining restaurants for your whole stay, since capacity is limited in the à-la-carte restaurants in the evening. In that way we had the pleasure to explore the oriental cuisine, the Spanish and Italian restaurant (the good stuff, pizza you can find in the other restaurants), a Carribean experience at The Cove, and the Mariscos Fish Restaurant. The team of divers guided us with great patience and one-on-one in an initial diving initiation (we had never been diving before). The house reef allows you to see some very colorful sorts of fish, even during snorkelling. The main pool was heated, the Infinity pool unfortunately was not. Management is very aware of the problem with the small pool tiles coming off, but it never disturbed us during our stay, to be honest. Suggestion: compare the price rates of the excursion partner of the hotel, with for example Getyourguide or Booking, in order to have a correct price for your excursions at the end of the day.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Everything is perfect. Especially we loved the all the facilities for kids and the beach for snorkeling. It is just 5 min to get there and very easy access.

El Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, muy bien situado en el centro de la bahía de Sahl Hasheesh, en una playa de arena privada de más de 600 m², es un establecimiento de lujo bello que ofrece piscinas de... The gardens, the pools, the staff, the food, epecially the service. My husband wasn't feeling very well , dehydrated , very high blood pressure, and needed a doctor. The lady that helped wonderfully was Katalina behind the desk in te great lobby. The doctor himself Khaled Hegazy did his upmost, even in the middle of the night. Very professinal with his assistant Ahmed el Hady. He consulted Prof. Mina el Wasef, he came within 20 minutes, we felt very safe and they took good care of him. We will be back certainly, especially because of is this great clinic called 24/7. Best hotel ever, best care!!

El Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark es un hotel de 5 estrellas con zona de playa privada situado en la bahía de Soma. Ofrece una piscina climatizada al aire libre y 2 restaurantes. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the past four days, and my experience was truly excellent. The food was outstanding—especially the breakfast and the desserts. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The beach was another highlight of my stay. It was sandy, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Rahim the guest service Manager. he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always checking in to see if I needed anything and handling every request with great care and professionalism. Their warm hospitality made a real difference. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning

Featuring a free private beach area, SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select-Grand Select- is a 5-star resort in Hurghada that provides luxurious accommodation. First of all, my biggest thank you to Mr. Hassan at the reception ☘️ he took care of us in every aspect and provided all kinds of convenience. Since our flight was at night, we were at the hotel in the morning and he took us to the rooms early and gave us a family room when there was room availability, and when our return flight was at night, he allowed us to use the room until 18.00. All the employees are friendly and help with everything. Another big thank you to Mohammed D. at the lobby bar, his communication and treats were nice. The facility is generally clean, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean. Drinks are very soft as in every hotel. It is a hotel where most of the guests work with the German Tui travel agency and the atmosphere is decent. The sea was in the shape of a bay and it met my expectations, but since it was January, the water was cold and I could not swim. If I go to Hurghada again, this is the hotel I will choose. Thank you very much again for everything

This 5-star resort is located in the heart of Hurghada and offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. Exceptional in every way! The hotel is beautiful, super green, you have amazing options of pools, one been heated and with small water slides which my kids enjoy so much, the fish restaurant was amazing and the Mexican restaurant too! The staff is incredible , amazing costumer relation and they made such an effort to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . The night show was spectacular , we can’t wait to be back and stay longer , 100% recommended!!
