We departed for the airport early in the morning, no Uber responded at the beginning, Hanna even got ready to drive us (fortunately a Uber came finally), and thus remember to reserve a taxi if you plan early departure.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and bars and restaurants (bartenders, waiters etc). Many activities in the hotel, great swimming pools. Aquapark brought a lot of fun. Talented dancers on shows which were every evening. Spacious rooms, good cleaning service.

The staff was amazing, always smiling , welcoming and helpful. Mohammed Ramadan at the reception, Ayman , Mahmoud , Basyouny and Taha at the restaurants. Ayman made my day by the making the Barbarian tea 🍵 in the morning. The place is very organized, spotlessly clean. The scent at the lobby is refreshing. They offer a good variety of food in the main restaurant. Fruits are fresh and delicious 😋 They serve authentic egyptian food which I really enjoyed. The beach ⛱️ is a piece of heaven and is very good for swimming 🏊‍♀️, not deep.

Featuring a free private beach area, SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select-Grand Select- is a 5-star resort in Hurghada that provides luxurious accommodation. The hotel is wide and spacious, which automatically adds to a more relaxed vibe because there's no concentration of high noise levels at any time. The bay inside the hotel is an amazing addition to the 'beach holiday' feeling you get. The pools and the gardens around them are super well kept, and overall, the hotel is very clean. The à la carte restaurants all have a unique theme, and the food there is amazing. We had a great steak at the Mediterranean restaurant, well-made chicken tikka and garlic naan at the Indian restaurant, and an incredible piece of seabass fillet at the greek. Even the buffet has nice themes and is well taken care of. The staff..... Let me begin to say that everyone at this hotel works hard to make sure you are having an unforgettable holiday. They make u feel right at home. It's also the way they receive u by saying "Welcome Home" when u arrive. We decided to have the posh club upgrade as well and let me just say we didn't regret it even for a moment. We arrived and were received by our butler, Mina, who took care of everything as he sat us down with a refreshing towel... I think they might have forgotten the champagne... Either way, we arrived at our room with a splendid view of everything and were told that anything we need at all, we just ask Him, Mina. This my dear friends, is an understatement, Mina served more like a Genie in a bottle than a butler, he literally granted us all our wishes and more as he gave excellent suggestions on how to make our stay even more pleasant. He constantly took the initiative, making sure we'd be well set every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He set up a romantic dinner for my wife and I so we could enjoy Felucca's kitchen, who happened to be closed during our stay due to renovations. Mina, thanks a lot if you're reading this, we really had an incredible time, mostly thanks to you.

Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the food was great 👍 beach was clean, and the sea had a fantastic coral reef where you can go snorkeling or diving.
