Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Hotel facilities are very good. Amusement rides, Aqua park, pools, restaruants are amazing. All the staff are kind, smiley and warm. Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We are lloking forward to come again.

All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

Offering a private beach and a kite-surfing school, this resort provides air-conditioned rooms. Its landscaped pool area includes a children’s pool and a heated pool with water slides. Everything was perfect! Omar made our stay exceptional and we cannot wait to come back!! Thank you Bellagio!!
