The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and luxurious with a comfortable room right in front of the pool. The food was varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

The words are not enough to describe how nice it was. I have been treated like a queen during all my stay. Therefore I initially booked for 2 days but decided to stay for a week. I am so grateful to Mr Saad who did all his best to make my stay an amazing one. He took care of any single demand meticulously. Head chef’s mushroom risotto was delightfully tasty, humus is another super taste to try. All waiters were friendly and respectful, Assad, Romany, Nader, Mohammed and Ali are few names that I could remember with their exceptional services besides many others. The room was so clean, house keeping surprised me with different animal figures every day. Lisa and Leo from the animation team did their best me to participate at the events. The clientele of the hotel is silent and respectful to each other which I think is one of the most important things during one’s stay. The beach is amazing, water is crystal clear with not many fish, just ideal for someone with galeophobia like me. Thank you all for everything, I will come back at the very first occasion.

The staff were extremely polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options every day. The beach was crystal clear and clean, with soft sandy shores perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was large and well-maintained, great for both kids and adults. What made the experience even better were the daily activities organized for both children and adults — there was always something fun to do. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Hager was our butler. She was just amazing! Always available to help and extremely nice to us. The food overall is very good. The hotel is extremely clean. The water of the beach and pool is warm. Totally recommend!

Featuring a private beach, Blend Elphistone Resort Marsa Alam is located in the south of the Red Sea. It offers 4 outdoor pools, a diving center and a gym. Let me start with the surroundings - the area is pretty deserted, far from the city and airport, but very quiet. There is a "supermarket" outside the main entrance - AVOID it unless you are a relative of Rockefeller! The hotel has several shops on its territory with much more reasonable prices. The reception team is great, and they try their best to help you. The hotel has several separate buildings, most of which have been refurbished or renovated. My room, B-303 with a sea view, was nice and clean, thanks to Basim. The room had bottled water, tea, coffee, toiletries, kettle, and a hairdryer. The water in the shower wasn't very hot, but given the outside temperature of +30 degrees, it was refreshing. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you can always find something to suit your taste. The food quality is very good for Egypt. Special thanks to Mr. Ali, the pasta chef - his sauces are really good! Another special thanks to Mohamed Alaa and Abd El Fatah - these guys are always extremely helpful and make the difference by going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. (If the hotel management reads this review - they really deserve a pay raise!). The pools and the beach are nice and clean, and the sunbeds and mattresses are in good condition, even though they are not new.
