Very good hotel on the beach. It is part of a big complex, the length of the beach walk is around 1km. Most part of the beach is with rocks, but there is also sandy beach which is good for kids near the big restaurant ( Soprano ). There is also a pier to the deep water, but it was mostly closed beacuse the wind. Beacuse of the big area there is a bus line between the reception and the big restaurant in every 20 minutes and sometimes a little sightseeing train also takes guests around the hotel. We had 3 reservations for different type of rooms and asked to be close to each other, they were able to give us rooms close to each other in higher standard rooms and we got those better rooms without additional charge. Late checkout also was not a problem. The staff is very polite and everybody speaks English. I liked that the staff starts to speak to us in English not in Russian. Also a good thing that it is enough to tell to the agents ( massage, trips etc ) 'no thanks' once. There are enough bars, we did not had to wait for the drinks. In some of the bars there is a drink list with some basic cocktails ( pina colada, mojito, long island etc ) included in the All incl plan, we have tried some and they were unexpectedly good. There are about 20 pools, some of them is heated, the water of the slides is already heated. There is a free usable wifi in the entire hotel. Very good for families with kids ( suitable beach, slides, 4 person bicycles, ice cream at snacks restaurant etc ). The food was good, there is enough selection.

The words are not enough to describe how nice it was. I have been treated like a queen during all my stay. Therefore I initially booked for 2 days but decided to stay for a week. I am so grateful to Mr Saad who did all his best to make my stay an amazing one. He took care of any single demand meticulously. Head chef’s mushroom risotto was delightfully tasty, humus is another super taste to try. All waiters were friendly and respectful, Assad, Romany, Nader, Mohammed and Ali are few names that I could remember with their exceptional services besides many others. The room was so clean, house keeping surprised me with different animal figures every day. Lisa and Leo from the animation team did their best me to participate at the events. The clientele of the hotel is silent and respectful to each other which I think is one of the most important things during one’s stay. The beach is amazing, water is crystal clear with not many fish, just ideal for someone with galeophobia like me. Thank you all for everything, I will come back at the very first occasion.

Everything was awesome. The hotel is very romantic. It's so good for relaxation. And everyone in the hotel are so professional and everything was perfect.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. They provide different types of breakfast options, and also demand to special request if any. Overall excellent service. They made us feel like family. When we checked out and started our journey back, they even packed breakfast for us.

We had a fantastic experience at Baron Palace! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on a stunning beach. The pools are spotless, the food is fresh and delicious with lots of variety, and the whole place feels like luxury. Special thanks to Michael and Mr. Samuel at reception – extremely respectful, helpful, and always ready to assist. They truly made our stay even better! Rooms are spacious and very clean. The beach is crystal clear, and there’s great snorkeling too. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and high-end holiday

Featuring a private beach area, Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is a 5-star hotel located in Soma Bay. It offers a heated outdoor pool and 2 restaurants. It's pretty perfect, the staff is extremally helpful especially the Guy if the customer care a pure visual delight of sandy/desert color schemed natural materials in a freshly renovated complex- some floors you just want to bring with you, they are so beautiful. It has a modern, yet cozy feel to it. Rooms are huge with spacious balconies with sunbeds looking over the sea . Service is absolutely great and its spotless clean. There is an amazing variety of food in Buffets, all served in a very nice way. Fresh mango and orange juice every morning... just to name some of it. Honey is served in natural honeycombs in specially designed silverware, makes one speechless. Even the music is mild and curated. . It's a trap, you want to go back. Overall feeling is calm, classy, airy and tasty!

The best thing about the whole stay Was ratio - quality of services/price. Also, our buttler Mina was ALWAYS avaliable (sometimes i was wondering when he sleeps?) and ready to help with every single request we had. The whole Posh Club section is the best solution for restful vacation. Highly recommend!
