Staff went out of their way to help us. We had an amazing stay in this unique hotel. It was a last minute booking and it was the highlight of our stay in Aswan. The staff were friendly.

We were upgraded to a junior suite which was excellent overlooking the pool and river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd like to commend the Mr. Aref and Mr. Mohamed.

Breakfast and dinners were delicious. There is a nice garden outside. We were also allowed to use their large washing machine and helped us with our wash.
