Turquoise Pyramids & Grand Egyptian museum view Hotel offers a hot tub. Everything was very nice. The location and view of the hotel, the employees and the service they offered were perfect. They were very satisfied with everything, including my wife and my 6-year-old son. We would also like to thank my son for his attention. They also provided us with guidance. Actually, I was a little shy at first because we usually travel by ourselves without a guide. But our guides taha and mithat provided the better service as a trip could be. Everything we wanted was brought into place in the best way without exception. We never experienced security or any other concern. That's why we also thank them. If we come to Cairo again, we will not look for another option.

The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

Me and my partner were more then happy with our stay in this hotel. The Owner Waleed and the rest of the staff was super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was very nice! The staff was always very helpful and nice :). It was nice to try Egyptian breakfast and we enjoyed it very much! The Owner helped us to set up different tours and was always just a text away if we needed anything or was thinking of something. It has a beautiful and clear view of the Pyramids from both our room and from the rooftop. Waleed fixed so that we always had someone from the staff to bring us around the city and to different places like stores or restaurants and also show us back to the hotel which was very nice and felt very safe. Me and my partner got to know the staff came very close to everyone at the hotel and sees them all as friends. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that's visiting Giza and we hope to be back very soon again! :)

Three pyramids can be seen from our rooms. The staff was also great. Especially we were satisfied the tour he arranged and his hospitality. I would like to use this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Cairo again.
