Their hospitality and attentiveness created a warm and accommodating environment that I genuinely appreciated. The hotel is located in a very quiet location and the pyramids view from the roof is just breathtaking. The rooms are very clean and you can find anything you need. The staff is very friendly and if you ask them for anything they will be happy to do it. The breakfast included in the price was amazing of course with the best view. I would like to mention that there is a lift and it is not a given in all hotels in this area. I would like to say thank you especially to the manager Mr. Evan for his kind attitude.

The hotel has amazing view over the Pyramids, expecially from the rooftop terrace restaurant. Breakfast facing the Eternity! (and the breakfast was excellent - freshly made on the spot. Great coffee!) I relied on the stuff to organise me all the sightseeing tours and taxi drives - I was taken to the Grand Museum, I had the dinner cruise of the Nile and a toured guide to the Pyramids, and everything was beyond my expectations. The taxi driver Mohammed was always punctual, fast and safe, the dinner cruise was fantastic, also well organised, and the tour guide to the Pyramids, Amira, I would recommend with all my heart, especially for ladies. Also the surroundings of the hotel are very authentic - you are in the comfort of the great hotel but still feeling the local street vibe. I give my stay in this hotel 10 out of 10! Thank you, guys!
