All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

Speaking Arabic, German, English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff are ready to help around the clock. We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, and our room had a spectacular view. It was quite spacious and quiet, which we loved. The staff was generally friendly, and we’d like to give special thanks to Mostafa Othman, who helped us throughout our stay—he was always available and supportive. There are many dining options, with Soprano being our favorite. The entertainment team works hard, and the programs are enjoyable. A few downsides to note: the house reef can be challenging to snorkel as it’s rocky and the water is shallow, so extra care is needed when entering the sea. During our stay, it was quite windy at times, which made it even more difficult. Also, beach vendors can be a bit bothersome. We purchased a massage service we weren’t fully satisfied with—so make sure to negotiate before buying anything as you don’t know what service you’re getting at the end of the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it—especially for families with children.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every effort to ensure my comfort. The food was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and private beach, were top-notch, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and fun.

The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
